I've heard more bad than good things about ASUS mobo's. The problems are generally related to BIOS, or the mobo not working period (bad, bad, bad). I couldn't tell you what a good deal would be, though. _________________

it's hard to tell things like that. 1 guy doesn't like them while the next guy might love them.
i worked with ASUS, asrock, ABIT and intel.
haven't had a prob with any of them although i'm not a big favorite of asrock.
my ASUS fried, but then again, everything in that box was fried exept the HD. _________________ PROUD TO BE A MEMBER OF =US-V= & VILLE $UPPORTER |

Asus mobo's are good if you're into overclocking. Loads of options and software to overclock AMD chips. Don't know about Intel chips. I recently purchased a A7N8K Deluxe for $129.00. It came with RAID chipset and was set up for serial ata HD. |
