Untie what?
Guitfiddle: 96' Squire Strat w/ EMG pickups
Sold my low model Hammett due to some front work I needed on my truck. I want a 69 Gibson SG reissue!
FX:
SKB SKB-PS-25 Pedalboard (to power/link my all me stomps)
DOD FX86 Death Metal Distortion Pedal
DOD FX84 Milk Box Compressor Pedal
Morley Little Alligator Volume Pedal
Dunlop DB-01 Dime Cry Baby From Hell
Boss DD-6 Digital Delay
Rig:
Sovtek MIG 100 all tube Lead Amp
Cabinet:
Crate cab with 4 12" Celestians
I run all the stomp boxes because I just get into it more. I have never been completely satisfied with any all in wonder FX board. I get far more range of noise wif me single stomps. It's more work to use all pedals but it's just what I enjoy.
Elephant is the best record I have heard in a while. Other than that, I listen to aboot everything in every genre.
Favorite Ensembles?
Pink Floyd
Lester Flatt & Earl Scruggs
REM
Doors
Led Zeppelin
Slayer

haha not ensembles as in famous groups, i mean famous pieces of music that are on sheet music and played by non-famous people. like for instance in Stubernic, its 3 players on a marimba, and we perform in front of a live audience |

You mean like Billy Joe and Irene playing Creed tableture from a Guitar World magazine down at the ole dance hall?
Nah, they suck.
Then I'd have to say. . G.E. Smith and the Saturday Night Live Band. When he was still with them. Crap. . they are famous. Well, then I guess I don't have a favorite ensemble. _________________ Recipient of POTM award

i rock out on a 96 limited edition american standard fender stratocaster and a 2002 american deluxe stratocaster.
my amp was a mesa/boogie dual recifier through a marshall 1960 cab, but i had to get rid of the mesa a couple months ago due to money problems. _________________

BASS
Ibanez Jazz Bass series, 4 string and dual pickup. Allegedly once owned by Liz Phair. I bought it from a tech at Chicago Trax studios.
My brother
STUDIO
16 track digital recorder, a pod (sound effects), sonic maximizer, compressor, noise gate, miles of cable and a few microphones.
EQUIPMENT
Drum Kit (Pearl), about seven guitars and a bass which I forget the brand name.
See what happens to big brother's room when big brother moved out years ago? _________________ Yes, I'm still around

You're all guitar-heads :/
I play the piano, trombone, and tuba.
I'm working up slowly to gain skill to perform Rimsky-Korsakov's Flight of the Bumblebee...not anywhere close, though. Currently practicing Mozart's Sonata in C, and Bach's Toccata in D Minor, and John Williams's Imperial March. Just finished In the Hall of the Mountain King from Peter Gynt Suite, and Beethoven's Fur Elise. Those two need refining, though. |

Wow!!! You guys all pwn me musically too!!! I just started learning how to play the guitar about a month and a half ago. I have a 2003 Ibanez Artcore Semi-hollow, strung lefty, since I couldn't find anything I liked in a lefty model. I really like learning, and I can even play a couple of songs, albeit really easy ones!
Hmmm, I really don't have any favorite ensembles, but I have always loved Classical Gas, esp the guitar solo, that dude rocks!! _________________ Under construction!!! |

Peter Gynt Suite? Grieg is probably rolling over in his grave.
Peer Gynt Suite is one of my favorite pieces from one of my favorite composers. I love Solveig's Song and Ase's Death. They are two of my favorite pieces.
On the topic though, I play Cello. I played Piano for a couple of years, but didn't have enough time in High School to keep it up. I am working on a Saint-Saens concerto and a Brahms concerto. I don't particularly like Saint-Saens, so I am mostly working on the Brahms. _________________ Amen!
