Hey all...
Has anyone had any issues with demo playback since steam?
My leagues require a personal demo for every match.
When I play back the demo steam crashes.
I read playdemo works and NOT veiwdemo...or viceversa I dunno...
I tried both and either way steam crashes.
Has anyone had this problem?

you need to start up a lan game that is on the same map as the demo. Then try to play the demo.

I've done it a couple times with steam. If memory,don't go there, serves me correctly you have to use your "create game" then enter playdemo from that console.

i did the create server option and loaded the map the demo was recorded on....
worked fine...even the playback controls i had read didnt work were working fine.
