Well, I doubt this will be helpful to anyone, but I just had to shut down Steam and restart it. That initialized it to download the DoD update. It works okay now, I was just in a game with Blue a while ago. His binds were messed up however.

Finally got it fixed. Had to delete anything and everything to do with steam and start from scratch 
But hey it worked  |

I got the update and everything without a problem. But now the menus suck, the font is huge, your name isn't highlighted in the score board, and the maps are really bright.

I assumed it was only my card making everything brighter than usual
