I personally don't give a rat's @$$ that they are not real time. I think they better reflect overall skill than the "real-time" stats.

My favorite is:
Most Talkative = v-TEC

and the statistician in me finds this interesting:

LOOK at the average hourly connection attemps - it is nearly a perfect sinusoid!

ya i just realized that the name changes dont matter. hopefully we can get it in real time. cause these stats are definatly better... it has much more detail

Well i have been playing a lot on TV4 and still not showing up in the stats weeks later. Does it track WONID's only, or what? I only have steam on here now thanks to a poor ass installation - i am scared to mess with it since it is working....

It only ranks the top 500

If you are above it you will show. Its only tracking tv1 and 4 right now.

The ville (hlstats) are working basically the same now.

i still like psychostats better. i like how it goes into so much detail.

Well the new stats are much more detailed and cool looking, but i wish they were more skill focused. Looks to me like sheer playing time is the main factor. I found two players with almost exactly the same ratios, the same accuracy, the same ratio of flag caps to kills, except one of them had played 5 times as much as the other. They were over 350 ranks apart in the scoring. There are players in the top 20 with worse ratios than players in the bottom 20. At least in the old system you could move up quick by shoveling the regulars

It's a good thing that kill death ratio isn't the only determining factor in the ranking. This deters campers and stat whores who sit around trying to get huge kill death ratios.

i just checked it out for the first time today and i definity like psychostats better not to say the old one wasnt good but this has more detail. all i need to do now is play like vtec and ill pwn u all but mostly blue
