Ok, got sparkies working correctly. If you want to use it here is the info. All other things are disabled on the server, so none of that spammy I killed/I suicided crap. Also positions the displays not to interfer with mapvote.

This is ran serverside. All you do is add the info to your autoexec.cfg. Your not installing sparkies at all.
