The 1st thing that comes to mind is...does she have kids? Because if she doesn't and she wants them...lets just say the clock is ticking.

Lets assume for a second she doesn't have kids and she really does want them...you should ask yourself if YOU are ready to start a family too.

If you're just in for the great sex...and you feel like you still have a few "wild oats" to soe...it wouldn't be fair to her...especially considering she has a much more limited time to have that family.

If that’s the case...and you care about her...you should be upfront and let her decide.

On the other hand...

If she already has the kids or doesn't want to have any...and just looking to date...I say HELL YES!

There's nothing better then a woman in her prime.

I know many of you are young and might not appreciate this...but dealing with the stupid freaking issues of young women will drive you nuts. Any of you who have experienced the constant stream of crisis’s over who likes who more or spent countless conversations trying to explain why she shouldn’t be jealous of every other female on the planet...will appreciate that a woman who's in her mid 30's...just wants the BOOM BOOM!

What’s even better...she already “knows” everything. You don't have to teach her ANYTHING! You don't have to convince her to try things...hell...she might convince YOU to try some things.

I tell you my friends...there's nothing better then a woman who knows what she is doing in the bedroom and knows how to make the boom boom.

I speak from experience...when I was 22...mah gurl was 35

She doesn't have any kids, and doest want any either.....just like me, the last thing I need is a bunch of drunken midgets running around my house setting the cat on fire.

As for the rest of your points Mr. Hat, I couldn't agree more!!! I am so sick of the younger girls and all their problems with professors and parents, and everything else that younger girls constantly bitch about. I'm a good listener but I draw the line after awhile thats why alot of my relationships don't work out. I have never had a girl older than me in the sack, so I guess it would be great to have someone do something more than lay there and take a pounding.
