Invalid STEAM UserID Ticket

I can't play on steam ??
I keep getting this message:
"Connection accepted by 199.240.91.209:27015
Invalid STEAM UserID Ticket"

then it kicks me out.

Man I have a night to play and this...

Any idea what i need to do to fix this?
