Children can get into trouble in seconds... Potato knows this from his childhood (potato broke his jaw and smashed out his some of his teeth - permanetly - when he was 3 because no one was watching). Its sad that the kid had to go through that... I agree though, someone should have been watching no matter what. It takes time to get into a pool and drown after all - atleast 2 min.
