com optimizing site?

anyone know what the thread or site was that had a whole bunch of ways to tweak pc setup, i think it was on some NS site, i cant remeber what it was called at all though...

I'll just add this again incase I havent spammed it enough. This guide is a godsend. If you run xp or Win2000 and want better performance these step's imo are equal to a 500 mhz cpu and double your ram upgrades.
