Everyday I turn on the national news and everyday a couple more U.S soldiers die for this country. And all the press seems to care about is the on going debate wether we had motive or not to invade Iraq. No names, no pictures, no ranks given. These men died for this country and the freedom of Iraqies and somehow this gets lost in all the political bullshit. If this hasn't sunken into your head just take a minute and think of death...your gone, no more friends, no more family, no more living out your life to have a family and kids and a house. Most of these soldiers are young and haven't had nearly enough of lifes experiences and they gave their all for a cause. Not because it is right or wrong but because they are doing their job.

I understand Names and pics of these soldiers can't be made available right away, but the press should cover this when the info becomes available. These soldiers died heros, at least give them the respect they deserve.

I shouldn't have to get mad about this shit, it seems like it would be common sense.

Someone really should come out with an un-bias news program that just covers the story for what it is without puting their own political spin on it. I think it would do better then alot of people might think.

Agreed theres always a follow up when other people are killed after the familiy is notified.All this crap is to keep oil prices low

You take your chances when you join the armed forces but respect is due and should be shown.

He's just playing a game of chess for the oil and all the soldiers are being thrown away just as easily as the trucks and tanks and bombs, don't let his crocodile tears fool you, That's what the administration thinks they're there for. Like Vietnam it's become a quagmire. A Soldier Signed up to protect his country with his life, what the hell are they doing dying for some dusty ass crap country and their oil.

I have one of my best friends I've known for 14 years over there right now. He tells me about how he's been shot at by random hidden people and he wishes they would just blow everything up and kill everyone there and just take the oil so Bush would be happy and send them home.

To further display Bush's Megaton Incompetance here's a list in the form of a resume starting before the day he stole the election, that should remind you of just why so many people hate him...and to anyone who still thinks he's A-OK and doing a good job....WHAT the F*CK?!

Don't think that it makes any difference what country or what leader they are all crooked as hell. How do you think they got into power. Sure by the vote of the majority but they wouldn't even be on the ballot if it hadn't been for money and powerful people backing them. And how did they get the money etc, by being crooked and saying yes sir no sir two bags full sir to the right people and that sure as hell isn't you and I.

Sure next election we all say dont vote for so and so, and so the next one gets elected well guess what "been there done that". Next election please.

Personally I support the soldiers and the states in going into Iraq. I dont think its about the oil at all - more like investment oportunities (the estamated value is $1.something billion for the three iraqi cellphone zones and thats pretty damn sweet) - or the possibility of getting rid of another dictator who has been proven to be mentally unstable in the past. Even still, the news only focuses on the bad stuff thats happening. Also their always blaming everything that goes wrong on "incompetant leaders". Id sure as hell like to see the news broadcasters lead a fricken country properly and direct a constant urban conflict where you DONT know WHO your enemy is and where they will hit you. Id also like them to shut up and go out to iraq and try to make the country stable themselves - see how long they last. And if your not happy with your government then why'd you vote em in anyways? Over 50% of america (or over I cant remember) voted for bush. This is the kind of stuff that you get when you go right.

hey ypawom, if you hate him so much, you can leave this country. i for one prefer not to have someone else's political veiws shoved down my throat, especially when a lot of the stuff you said was extremely misleading. oh, you forgot to mention that he is the president that has the record for the highest aproval rating ever. he is an average president, who inherited the problems that bill clinton avoided. its called a business cycle, you should look it up, it explains a lot of the so called "Bush Mistakes" that you talk about. these things will happen to any world leader, at any time, when the business cycle is in a trough. add to that the 9-11 attacks, and no president ever could have prevented the economic decline that the US experienced. as far as the war on terror goes, i have 3 letters for you. C-I-A. we have the most technologically superior intelligence agency in the world, and they know things that we never even dreamed to be true. they have thwarted over 100 terror attacks since 9-11. they know the real deal, they know what is going on in this world. and they dont tell us, because people would FREAK OUT if they knew how many evil in-human people were out there trying to hurt americans. just because you dont think we have a reason for fighting wars, doesnt mean there isnt one. Bush isnt going to tell us the whole story, and its for our own good. if he went around telling everyone everything he knew about saddams WMD's or where bin laden is or who is trying to get us next, those people would stop and find another way. when we dont show the enemy everything we know, they can't anticipate what we will do next.
