i was wondering how all of you guys get your avatar pictures to be under 6 kb. i've tried a lot to get pictures that small, and the picture ends up being the size of my fingernail. if anyone could let me know any trick or anything it would be much appreciated.

Did you turn the pics into jpg files? That helps.

If this doesn't help there are plenty of people that will host pics for you, including me.
