My roommate was playing on some random warpath server, as a sniper... I looked at his monitor, and he had a little piece of tape where his aim-sight is... he's very good with the autorifle now... Do any of you do that, or have done something like that to aid your aim before?

How did the tape help did it cover up wear his aim was?

yeah, it covered up the dot, but that doesn't matter... it's always the same spot...
what it really helps with (he says) is when you are looking at the nice TINY tan dot against the walls in warpath (which are almost all tan...)
I don't think he's ever played on The Ville servers, but he was very effective with the autorifle... and he doesn't cheat...
I've never done that, and don't snipe all that much, but I thought maybe someone else would like the idea

One of my roomates did that to make sure he knew where his sight was, but he used a red dry erase marker instead.
