Personally, I think that the blood is a wicked effect to the game. Makes you feel godlike at times when you hit your opponent in the head and the crimson gyzer pours out.

dod has lost its realism to me. not because of the blood. but because of all the times i shoot someone and they dont die. |

I have to say that I don't like the blood either. It is too much of a distraction from the focus of the game (capping points). Plus no one gushes that much. NO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!  |
