As of yesterday I keep receiving the following error:
Error verifying STEAM UserID Ticket (Server was unable to contact the authentication server,35)
Anyone else getting this...I get this on all servers including ville.....

I've gotten it before, I think someone said it was because one of the steam servers went down (which would make sense, since that's what it said). It came back up eventually, and I was able to hop on, took like a day though. _________________ Under construction!!! |

I am not sure of what that is, but I took steam off due to it causing a simular error that caused my cpu too constantly page as if it were defraging itself. I tried everything that was supposed to fix this and nothing worked. Well it's back to using good ole Gamespy for me ! |

2 days for a gaming company server to be down....thats sad.....I also find that when I turn on my computer that it will either freeze up for a long time then when I dbl click steam it tells me that a session is already running.....bug city for sure _________________ DON'T HUNT WHAT YOU CAN'T KILL...... |

Go ahead and delete this file again: ClientRegistry.blob
Then go to the store and clean the house while you wait for Steam to update again.
Everytime someone posts a problem on their board the anwer is always to delete that file. GJ Valve _________________
