There was one put up a while back. I don't have the time to look for it and put the link up but you will find it in this forum if you look for it. If I remember correctly it was put up by JCOM, I may be wrong though. I do remember following his advice though and it helped out a lot.

That's the one, TY Species. The post by JCOM was the one that helped me the most. It seemed to be in more plain english than any other ones I had read.
