Wasn't the infamous demo script illegal...? So some scripts are illegal from a VERY long time ago.

No, I don't. It seemed that you were implying that "scripts were illegal." Not all of them are.

We were discussing about hax and cheats. Some people are under the impression that Steam will remove hacks from the game, which is not true.
That is what I meant.

Because the default key of h in steam activates the h4X for everyone, so we all can cheat.

You dont think taht steam update of about 400 megs was just for pretty new screens? The have new anti-cheat/anti-piracy tools, and i don't think Steam is going to let these foobs run around on haxed CD keys. So in response i should clarify my other post, i don't think we will have this many more discussions on "cheating" as opposed to excessive killing.
