The problem is they were not allowed to buy seeds. They could only use seed's and clone's that were confinscated by RCMP. As most British Columbians will tell you, your end products quality is directly dependant on the quality of your strains. WHen you start out with some crap seed's from some guys crop who didnt have a clue your bound to end up with junk.
