It is indeed. It will be hard to forget a man that has recorded 1500 songs over 500 records. Something like that.
Not only that but I'm sure you have all heard about John Ritter. A shame as well for him to die at a young age. I just read that his wife turns 40 today, and their daughter had her birthday yesterday... the day he passed, 9/11.
And since they happen in three's, Jewels Bass player died in his early thirties yesterday. They have canceled the tour or rather proponed.

as a old johnny cash fan, I sure will miss his voice. I used to listen to him on a little crystal radio late at night from some far off mid-west radio station.
Was not a real fan of John Ritter but it is certainly sad when someone so young passes.

Ritter died!!?! no way, i remember him from that hilarious movie where him and his wife was sucked intot he TV and they had to surf through the channels and survive with Eugene Levy, good stuff, but a sad day.

YAR, dont spam in a farwell post.
I have always loved Cash. About all of his songs. He is the only person to ever be brought into the Rock and Roll, Folk, and Country Music HALL OF FAME.
And like Rob said his last CD from Feb he redid a lot of songs and made em sound even better than they did before.
This is one person (he does not like the work artist) that can play the guitar and sing.
He has my blessings
