I think it also helps to know a little about the commands and how to use them. Commands for kick, ban, map, say, and others are useful. I have lots of practice with adminmod because I've been through the setup of it and other mods many times on many different computers, and you get to know how it works. Also, when I run LAN games, I use a lot of the commands that ville admins use. So, if you go to the adminmod website and learn the commands, you'd be better suited to being an admin.
Anyway, GL on trying to become an admin here at the ville!

 Commands?  You mean I have commands?  WTF?!
Being an admin requires having a hairy chest or back (this includes the ladies too). That's all. Commands? We don't need no stinkin commands!
