I was wondering why I can't get the anti rocket packs for snipers to work in the new neo-tfc and why I can't see any thing on tv4? Is it me, or a glitch in the new neo-tfc?

It's a glitch in the new ntf. I know every time an anti-missle smacks my remote, my screen locks up and the video gimps. Sometimes, hitting esc then rejoining, can cure it.

Ok, i'll try that. In the old neo-tfc my one bind worked for everything. I used "_special2"

I have found that if you lock up as long as you can shoot another missle it frees up again. If your locked on your second missle, I just move the mouse down so my solder looks at the ground and shoot my regular rockets untill I die. the screen stays the same but your energy and armor go down till you die then are full again when you respawn
which means 2 more rockets. Shoot another rocket and it frees up the PC.

This also helps if your server is full so you dont take the chance of not getting back in, the only down side is the suicide which sucks.
