String Band Fest

Well the time has arrived and the mountains of West Viginia are calling once again.

CLICKY ----->The Appalachian String Band Music Festival<----- CLICKY

JCOM is headed up north to spend the last week of July pickin (actually strumin, cause I play bass and dont use a pick), campin, socializin, cookin and gettin entertained by some of the finest Old Time String musicians around. People come from all over the country to attend this event as well as another festival the following week called Galax.

I'll be gone from Wednesday to Sunday so yall think about me up in those beautiful hills of West Virginia, USA. I'll be havin a down home good time missing my villuns...

i live within a 20 minute drive of wv. i just might be going but for some reasone west virginia just gives me the creeps.

What kind of Music do you play? DIH is into Banjo and Guitar... Bluegrass is what he plays mostly... Schruggs style - 5 string... He does really go on a 12 string guitar also! Too bad we'll miss eachother in vegas this weekend! Kind of a hard choice Bluegrass or Bash?? #Smile_colors
