Hey I was wondering while we are all switching mods and the servers are changing why don't we make a Counter Strike the ville server. I really like CS and it is fun if you have the server controlled of any glitches in the game and stuff.

My vote is 'kinda'

Yes I do like CS, but havent there been numerous past threads on this topic and it's been turned down many times?

Most of the arguments is that the people who play CS are for the most part rude and selfish, and if ville opened up a CS server, the quality of the TV gaming network will be degraded with the onslaught of new players.

Frankly, I'm one of the nicer ones, and those who've played NS with me here know. I wouldn't mind one, but hey, it's their decision, not mine.

there will never, ever, ever be a CS server at the ville. rob has said so, so it isnt even something to debate about.

maybe try putting it on the private password server for a bit and see if the the ville patrons play it . i have tried it but they are less forgiving to noobs than the peeps who play NS so i gave up.would like to try it again in a freindly enviroment. when i did try to play it was always on some map where when i died the whole team had to restart man it got nasty.12year olds can be down right rude

I never had played it until last week. It is a differnet game entirely. I can understand why some people dont like it.... but I didn't think it was bad. You can find some servers that have decent admins (nothing like here though).

It was a little change for me, no more rocket jumping.
