i am certain that my next system will back be an alienware.

Roof, if you were still a young man you would be content with a 17 or 19 inch monitor, but with your failing eyesite you really should have a 22. Not that a bigger monitor will help, we will continue to own you and spank you from one end of the map to the other with every class we select.

Also, you should invest in an LCD (or better) flat screen. The crispness is 1,000 times better than a standard monitor. _________________

i tried some lcd screens and you lose a lot of quality. which i rather don't lose.
and if you wanna have a decent one with as less loss as posible and a good response time you will easily pay 1000$+, a 20" even costs 2000$+
a lot of money for a screen, isn't it? _________________ PROUD TO BE A MEMBER OF =US-V= & VILLE $UPPORTER |

I went from a 21", normal monitor to a 21" LCD. The colors are a whole lot sharper. Plus, even though the monitor sits back about 8" further than the old one, I still had to lower my font size from 1024x768 to 1280x1024 (at 60 Hz.).
But, yes, you do pay for it. These monitors cost $1550 @, with the University's discount. Probably closer to $1800 for normal folk. _________________

Sounds good cobra..
Oh I have a 25" monitor -getting old now.
I payed over $3k at the time and it was a heck of a deal.
Still looks clean and I guess thats important. I run it at 1600x1200, the larger sizes are to hard too make out the windows text _________________
