I get the nave one all the time. I don't get them everyday but usually a few times a week. Depends on if I see it or not.

if worst came to worst you could always make a couple alterations so that you have to click an ad to log on

I'm pretty sure it's legal Rob. The Diablo 2 site makes you click on ads every 24 hours, otherwise you cannot get into the site.

I click on the ads because I'm kew and want to help The Ville.

I'd stop if the only way of getting in was by being forced to. It reminds me too much of those loops to nowhere that you get when looking for games on w@r3z sites.
