your missing the point i was trying to make.
im grate full to nipps for the server.. its brill. to have one for us to go to.. wiv a vote n custom maps.
im on about the pub server.. i think that should have a vote on it.. and some customs.. or a change of rotation.. to include some of the old fav's.. and some new one's.. cos the rotaion ont ehre rite now.. tv3 anyway.. has gotten very borin.. to me.. thta is.. except acrop. i love that howeva much i play it. lol.
im jsut sayin that if there was a vote on there .. ppl would be more likely to wait.. there for others.. as they could vote in a map of there likin to play wiv while they wait.. ppl can play maps they fancy.. by votin them in.. and a rotation that included some good maps like vidars.. or mulch.. or.. (theres this other one i forgotten the name of.. is got walls u can walk through.. two diff cap points per team.. one can only be reached by concin.. two bridges in ceter.. wiv water and entrances into each base and two really high snipe nests for both teams.. ) but thats what im meanin.. then i think that might increase the number of ppl playinl...
but that was the point i was tryin to make.. anyway.
p.s nipps im glad ya are keepin a private server runnin.. one can be usefull sometimes.. cheers

As of 7:05PM, Ville time, the password does not work. with or without a capital 'A'.

| I may be wrong but I thought back in the day when the ville only had a couple servers you were able to do rockthevote on the all the servers no matter who you were, admin, noob, supporter, what ever... |

That is correct. I remember that as well. But it just got abused constantly. People would join the server and immediately start a map change vote. Many times, people would extend a map FOREVER, vote on a map that was just played, or empty the server by voting for a custom map. I remember listening to endless arguments over what map was to be voted on, who started the vote, people getting mad because no one would vote for their map choice, how shite the voted map was. . etc etc. I was actually glad to see it go.
The problem with map selection is, you can't please everyone. Hell, it's hard to please even a few people. It's hit or miss all the time. I think it was a cool idea to give supporters this option. People who support this place tend to be a lot more "server friendly" when voting on maps.

I have a question to ask all those that feel its dead at the Ville. Why do you feel that way, what are you playing now and if its still TFC where are you playing? Also, if your playing TFC elsewhere why, whats that matter with TFC at the ville? (OK, I can see the empty servers too its no fun being the only person there I guess).

#1 Frag  JD like you said (OK, I can see the empty servers too its no fun being the only person there I guess). Figure in the lag that some of us get and well its more fun to play elsewhere  Sr. went on at 8 PM on a Saturday and all 3 TFC servers sat empty
