Their support is pretty good. FedEx lost mine last week. The comp got to the Brooklyn sort facility but got "lost" there. Alienware was very helping in getting the replacement order started.
cobra is aware of just how many conversations I've had with them in the last week. They have been helpful from the start.

many many hours LOL.
i certainly can't complain about alienware for the UE. haven't had any probs and their people are always prepared to help you out.
