I have noticed the servers are being visited with a greater frequency with people who should not be there.....for instance, #xfactor / M0vielife is spamming us with "I listen to blah blah blah (HLamp)" every minute or so besides swearing etc. etc........it is really annoying...I guess I may have to pay for a Gold membership so I can punt the annoyances as no-one was there to get rid of them.....

We admins can not be there all the time. Getting information on anyone your having a problem with is very helpful and they will be dealt with accordingly.
Info to get:
*WonID - This is what we use to identify the individual
*Location - Knowing what server they are on helps if we have to check the logs
*Time - Also helpful if we have to check the logs. As of now the logs go back to almost the beginning of the year. We could spend days looking.
*Offense - This is an obvious one
*Demo - A picture tells a thousand words. If an admin can't be there then having a video of it is a no brainer.
*Complaint Department - Any time a complaint is logged it automatically sends an email to every admin the Ville has. It is more likely that an email will be checked then the forums. We would also like to keep the forums clean from complaints.
As many people may attest the complaints logged at the complaint department are usually dealt with very quickly. Including the information above will insure that they are dealt with correctly.

Everything that BRN said is 100% true. I filed a complaint at 2:30 am 1 night and at 3 am he told me it had all been taking care of. I submited a demo, 2 ss, wonid, name of person , and what time on what server. It only took them 30 mins to take care of the problem and it was at 2:30 am I didnt even think anyone would be up or that they would even check the complaint till morning but they didnt.

| The Spectator hack allows the player to fall from teh sky into the middle of the map, while still in spectator mode, and play. He CAN tk and he CAN BE tked. Also when he (or she) takes a flag it disapears. |
