lol....i prefer playing ppl obviously but bots arre useful for making a game...ummmm...meatier i suppose...and anyway, i'm from the uk so i play at strange times so i end up playing alot of bots...usually...but now there aren't any, now there is nothing for me to kill....are u guys on TV3 now?...plz say yes...i need stuff to kill...lol

Maybe the bots were causing the lag problems on TV3? I've read a few places where bots push your processor harder and it could lead to lag.

now im mixed bout this.. at first bots on a ville server.. was unheard of when they were first introduced.. but as pete said... (ragnarock) were from the uk.. and the servers are nearly always deserted for us.. that is when we play at 'normal' times, for uk time that is..

so at first yeah i thought wtf bots.. then i thought cool at least i got somthin to play around wiv till some real peeps turn up..

n hey if they have been removed cos of lag.. then great.. but couldnt you devise some sort of strategy wheras you could have bots on there during the non-peak times.. and take them off for the normaly active periods.. this is going by ville times of cause.. then when me n pete n others like that play during decent hours for our time zones we would have stuff to kill.. then when we play at nutty times.. (for us that is) when you lot are in the servers the bots could be removed and then no lag issues..

or somthin along them lines..

well seein as the bots maybe gone.. we could have some 1v1's some time soon.. which would be cool.

I get the same ping with/without the bots, i want them back, even tho they hax, bobs is right, it keeps me there till people show up.

i think that if tv3 has no bots, no one will really join or join as much. I join cause i see bots and a few real people. After that, the server eventually fills up. If there is no one in there, then why go and wait? The bots may have lagged and sucked with their built in aimbot, but atleast they could jumpstart the server with a game. Maybe lower the number of bots? I dunno, i'm just disappointed when i want to play and no one is in there, i then search for different servers...something i havent had to do much in a long time.
