I'm like you, DOD just isnt for me, I just dont like that you can be killed one shot so much. Plus the gameplay just seems so narrow to me. |

I've never played DoD or NS... i know one thing though, i looove animals...ughhh...i mean TFC...i looove TFC
One question are DoD and NS worth getting?

NS is.. thats cool.. but DOD.. well i never really played it.. but when i did i got slaughtered.. killed as soon as i walked around a corner.. n i didnt really like it.. so if you are gonna spend ages d/lin wiv the 56k id say get NS pete.. n leave DOD till you get a better connection.. b4 wastin the time d/lin it.. cos i dont think you'd like it to much.

Hmmm, I can say the same, but reversed !  I never understood much about NS, too much Starcraft-like. However, DoD is difficult at first, yes, but it remains a standard shooter.

you guys dont live far apart. burn the setup files for NS and DOD on a cd and give them to him Bobs.

ok i take back what i said earlier.. i like dod.. just on most maps i have lag spikes up in the thousands.. n i cant stand that..
was playin on a map just now though.. must be a simple one or somthin but i didnt lag on it.. n i enjoyed it..
just pete if im laggin like nutts on most maps.. wiv 128k. you on your 28k wont have a chance on dod.. but as soon as you get a new conection i say check it out.. dod is realyy good. and completly diferent from tfc. i still love tfc though..
