More changes to strengthen TFC at the Ville

for the few that play Wolf, I just purchased 320k more of bandwidth so the lag that seems to creep up when its full should be a distant memory by tomorrow.

yeah a trial version... I'd like to see the server's list on The Ville up to date when it can be done. I think people will be looking for TV2 for TFC when it's actually up already.
