First retake the test since some here got really low results. If you get the same results, then I would call your cable provider and ask them why the
transfer and upload speeds are so low.

takes 2 seconds to register, 5 minutes top and since i was bored at whatever time i posted it i figured why not? i may go ahead and do 3 more of each some other day to average those too
