I'll listen to the Get Up Kids or At the Drive-In. I wouldn't call them emo though. There's not some bad brit pop like Pulp, The Doves, Elbow, or TYO's favorite band.
PS: Avril is on about minute 12 of her 15 minutes. She's the 2000's answer to Psycho Bitch (Alanis Morissette) in the 1990's. I don't care if Alanis still puts out albums. Her "limelight" ended when they realized her followup to Jagged Little Pill wasn't as good and everyone jumped off the bandwagon. If Avril's next release don't sell well and her single flops...cya on the summer festival tour with Peter Frampton.

well frag, have you ever heard her live. i was watching the vma's a while ago and she was doing the preshow she was so bad they cut her off about halfway. now its one thing to get cut off by a good music channel but getting cut off by MTV is the worst ever.
avril is the epitomy of bad music. if you like her you deserve to die by her waily bad voice.

LOL!!!! I was watching her on I think it was Jay Leno performing and holy cow she was off key. The younglings that make up her band sounded like...well younglings. Pink is pretty bad live, too. I think I saw her tank it on Jay Leno as well. (Sarcasm button on) And you can't forget that awesome performance by No Doubt last Super Bowl!!(Sarcasm button off). |

Having a band that was apparantly put together by a modeling agency, since their pictures are on the record but not one note of their playing. Looking like a Jennifer Aniston Mini-Me. Not knowing who the f*** David Bowie is. |
