House is a good investment that will allow you write offs in taxes. You can always rent it for more then the payment.
T-Bill or Goverment bonds that will rotate on availablity every 3 to 6 months. The longer the higher interest. Stock is a little unstable but the new tax laws look good.
Don't blow it on a car (which is a loss, not an investment).
You have a head start in life right now and what you do will determine how your future is shaped.
Good place to be in.
Good Luck do you have earned your position that your in. |

Well, it's not the stock market, and probably won't grow nearly as fast, but you could always consider putting a small amount in this.

Two answers for me:
1. Get a new comp a real power machine that needs its own nuclear power plant to run.
Or
2. Invest it or save it or put it in a retirement savings bond.

Put half or more in a secure low risk place like a money market account or savings, or start a roth IRA (I think you can put 3 grand in for your first year)
Take a couple grand more and invest in the stock market now that the prices are reasonable. If you don't know which stocks to buy give Martha Stewart a call, she'll hook ya up.
Take a thousand and have some fun, your only young once and when your old and have extra money (if you play your cards right) you'll be glad for the memories you had when you were young, doing all the things you can't do when your old. |

i think the best plan is what is your heart for this money Az!!
1. you could look into a college and get a degree for a proer working job
2. a new computer would not be bad example of a pc and not a laptop if your interested in that..
3. invest off putting some money in bank account and letting it build up for a healthy retirement
4. thinks everybody has placed good ideas out here
5. if i had that much money these are proably some ideas i would do for myself
6. maybe even invest for a ranch style type house and find a good man to marry me...
these are just my thoughts and input and curiousity hope this has helped out in some decision making and good luck on figuring what u want to do with your 10,000 dolars |
