assassin: yes, it can fire full auto, i think the only variant of the mp5 that cant shoot full auto is the mp5sf

My friend owns the HK MP5. Oregon is a state that allows ownership of fully auto pre ban machine and sub machine guns. You do have to get a ATF Class 3 Collectors license and undergo a major back ground chk and then also py the taxes on the gun.
Fun ass hell to shoot.

He can shoot. Just not straight. He's getting old, the eyes don't work so good, the joints are a little achy, too much coffee and can't hold the barrel steady.

He actually knew what weapons licenses I held before he pulled me over. He had to just run my license plate.

Nice Dk, me and my buddys had a similar experience years back.. On our way to the range we got pulled over for speeding,(Roselawn Indiana) cop asked us if we had any weapons, and we said Yes Sir! A Berrata 92Fs 2 12 Guage Shotguns a Ruger 10/22 and a SKS. And about 2000 rounds of ammo. All fully licesnsed of course. But he didnt seem to worried about the guns and my buddy still got the ticket..
Danno is more well armed than DK, and can shoot really good in real life.. |

The cop probably knew you have liscences and figured a criminal wouldn't tell him about all the guns.
