Doh! I know what comic that's from but can't think of the characters name! Dammit, your gonna make me dig my boxes out when I get home.

Okay I can't find his name on a picture so I'll go out on a limb with a guess.

He's Micromax aka Scott Wright and he was in the Excalibur comic series, he debuted in issue 44 but I think that pic came from issue 61.
