Well yesterday I went and bought a fighting cock. Yes thats right a fighting cock. Hes pretty much friendly to people but he tries to kill other chickens (well he is after all a fighting chicken) Ive got him in a 12x5 pen me and my dad built accomodated with perch,(milkcrate)a highly sophisticated hydration+food module,(food n fountain from wally world)and a containment barrier(chicken wire). Problem is he loves to crow it's not very often until I leave the pen from sight and then he goes up to the edge and paces back and forth crowing every 10 seconds. How do I stop this?Maybe put a hen in there with him?

I tried the mirror before you said it and he didnt pay attention.I really don't know if it's legal here or not dosen't matter though I got him for a pet. He dosen't attack people though.

Also today when I got back from town my chicken had a bloody head I asked my brother and he said my neighbors(you know him species

)dog was in the yard snapping and barking at the pen and the chicken was busting his head against the side trying to get at the dog and cut his head up in the process. Well the neighbor has been warned to keep his dog out of my yard before and he didn't listen and now my chicken is hurt.............well you see its illegal to shoot guns in city limits(and illegal to keep livestock) and if I shot in city limits my dad would take my guns away and probably tan my hide real good so neext time rufus comes in my yard hes gonna get an arrow for his mischief.
