Do you have ice cream trucks driving through your neighbourhood playing lound annoying tunes to attract kids and get the attention of peeps 4 blocks over?
If so I would like to know how often they go by and what you think my chances would be of a hung jury in my trial for manslaughter if I kill the bastids?
Oh, and I would like a creamsicle too next time you see him _________________

Just throw a couple M-100's in the general direction of the ice cream truck with the damn music and they will leave
Worst comes to worse adn they come back, just go get a couple of 1/4 sticks of dynamite from your local Indian Reservation
BTW JD I thought you will still be under 6ft of snow and neg 30 deg f? They send ice cream trucks out in that weather....

Actually last summer there was this ice cream truck that came around early every morning blasting his music to the point somebody took him to court for disturbing the peace and won. Now the guy just comes thru and just parks the truck where the kids can find him.
I would call your local PD and ask them the difference between somebody getting fined for Disturbing the peace by blasting they're music and the ice cream dude blasting his ? If all else fails then purchase his product and put a razor in it and I think that would takecare of your problem for good _________________ http://www.nosmacktards.com |

If I was on the jury, your chances would be 100%. I've been known to go
up to them as if I was a prospective customer, then yell at them to get out of
the area... It's the music. It programs your mind for hatred, I tell you! _________________

LOL as long as its not Mezcal(spelling?). The last thing I would want when eating an ice cream is to find a worm in it. |

When I was 13 I rode icecream bike for 2 summers. I remember this one dude running after me yelling at me to never come near his house again cause his kids always bug him for icecream. When I got back to where we loaded the bikes I talked to some of the other riders and his house happened to be near the spot where 4 routes came together. I'm quite sure we ruined that guys whole summer cause all summer every 2 hours there was a icecream bike ringing its bells in front of his house............
