Well, actually Freddy only died twice. At least, he was killed in the real world twice. The rest was all dream crap so he was never really dead. . .kinda. . sorta. . .

Jason. . he friggin gets killed in every film.

Jason beat Freddy?

No way holmes.

Jason probably couldn't even tie his own shoe laces. That boy is a few trees short of a forest gump. Makes for a good mindless killer but when push comes to shove. . I think Freddy's rapier wit shall prevail.

I am going to have to side with you on this KRG. Fred unlike J.J can morph into various objects and beings. So, all Fred has to do is to change into some sexy luv doll and then just lay around in some obvious place and wait on good ole J.J to come and locate him. I mean, as evil as J.J is you know that this horny dude has not gotten any since day one!

How in the hell does a guy expect to get any play with the ladies if he smashes their heads in or chops them up on the first date

Besides,

J.J, as most males do, think with the wrong brain to begin with so this is a sure win for Fred

Sure Freddy can morph and junk, but Freddy's realm is the dreams, does Jason dream? I don't think he even sleeps, he's got no imagination, no real mind to speak of, but he's 250lbs of soggy drowned undead demon. He'd pound Freddy like the skinny little whiteguy he was..

I know the movie will probably suck, but who cares, I've got no expectations but the promise of a fight between two of the biggest horror movie guys ever, it has nowhere to go but up.

Me and some of my buds were sitting around two weeks ago talking about it and said "Hell why not go for the gusto and make it Freddy vs Jason vs Alien vs Predator vs Godzilla vs Michael Meyers vs Leprechan vs Terminator vs Hellraiser vs Dracula vs Frankenstein vs Wolfman vs Mummy vs Killer Clowns from Outer Space vs The Thing vs Ash(Bruce Campbell) all of them in a huge mellee brawl.....Now tell me who would win that?
