thats ture very true because everyone like tfc not all those complacated games. They are fun to play, but you dont wanna play them al the time.

I feel the same as all of you do about TFC, if it was not for this mod this community and all who make it what it is wouldn't exist. I guess you all are right  Games are going to come and go and the same goes for the players who play them. I guess it's up to the player to adapt to the changes rather the entire community. Oh No, I might have to try NS

To be very honest, I don't see any cheaters on the Ville DoD. The only guy I've seen cheating was using some kind of anti-recoil script with the BAR. I play DoD a lot, about 20 hours/week, I know lots of tricks, and I'm sure I can make the difference between good aiming and cheating. Yet I did not see cheaters so far since 1.0.

It seems to me that when NS and DoD got popular, a lot of the Ville regs who spent so much time at TFC split down the middle and deticated to other the other two mods. Myself and Gala for instance, play Natural Selection alot but not TFC or Dod (Isn't that right, Horses?). Bright Red Nipples was as much a TFC hoor as any of us, but DoD has been his playground for the last while. And then there are players like MPI who play BOTH NS and DoD obsesivley. 
This doesn't mean no one plays TFC anymore. I've seen GellyRoll still plays there, as does Sharkbyte if I'm not mistaken. So my point is... sure, NS and DoD took a lot of buisness from TFC, but not all of it. TFC is still at least as popular as the other two mods. There's no reason at all to remove TFC from the Ville's list of mods. Things are fine as is. |

However, TFC is still a good game. But ever since I started DoD ad its sneaky way of gaming, I'm got tired of flying medics/scouts all over the place, and mad jumps using grenades, bunny hop, etc. Right now I prefer more realisms, and I'm rarely playing relax in my chair when I play DoD. My senses (ears, eyes, and hands) are on edge to catch the footsteps that will betray an incoming enemy. As for TFC, it's more arcade, more fast, fun, yes, but not the sasme feeling. And after 5 years playing it, well....

My 2 cents;
The realistic mods are fun but something about the conc. jumping and all that are just to funny. I keep coming back as it’s always a blast. You never know what your gonna get.

TV1 going to DOD is a great move for theville. There are still 2 public TFC server and 1 private. I dont understand wtf people are on about? TV1 sat empty 12 hours a day ffs. If I were danno I would have switched it weeks ago. As it stand now there are enought servers for TFC'ers, plenty of space to expand in DOD and NS. I just dont understand what all the fuss is over. Use blowns server if you think TV3 is laggy.........

The poll said the TFC servers need new maps and almost everyone voted for them. Monkey had TV3 full of custom maps and no one ever went and played. I'm pretty sure the others tried custom maps too and it killed the servers.

uh i think you misunderstood. when monk had custom maps no one played on them. i r teh supporter newayz.

And I know that the custom maps didn't work. I was just saying that I didn't say that we need more maps, just the part about tfc not being dead.
