If you want to complain about the noise used to highlight the presence of the Complaint Department, then you should've used the Complaint Department. After all, the noise did tell you how to get there in the first place

Why couldn't you have the complaint department forum link where it used to be under the General Ramblings, and just have have that link to the current method? It would be much easier. Hell, I didn't even know where the complaint dept. was.
