As an old fart. j/k. I like Bran Flakes with bananas cut up in it with skim milk. I am also partial to Team Cherios(you get three or four types of cherios in one) were could you go wrong.

I'm gonna have to go with the idiot savant on this one. I'm not much for cereal, I usually eat 2-3 fried eggs, sausage, grits, biscuits and some Oj for breakfast. All that and I still only wiegh 125. What the hell is wrong with me?
