Hmm were can i find a server mod like Remote X ( but not Remote X ) That do so i can change the Join Text?
how to open maps like murderball etc. in WC?

Erba, have you tried http://www.adminmod.org yet?
They have some very good admin tools that we currently use at The Ville which should help you with the things you're trying to do for your server.
