How do you all join the TheVille servers? I am an uneducated n00b and I am tired of scrolling thru a whole list of tfc servers to find a TheVille server...
PS you know the "game" filter? Would it be possible to make a NeoTF selection or not?

I join by using this web page. On the "Current Players" page you can downlad a plugin to veiw all the current players. It has a listing of all five servers. If you find a game you want to join, all you have to do is click on the join button.
As for the filter... I dont know of anyway to specifiy a neo server. |

You can also use the TFC interface and go to Multiplayer/Internet Games/Add IP and type in the server IP's. This will add them to your favorites. Then you can set your filter to favorites only and you never have to search for them.

I just have a direct shortcut to each server on my start menu. I also use Server Watch, it list all of the servers and shows whos playing where. It will also tell you when a "buddy" is playing. Check it out at http://www.dfsoftware.com

I was just wondering how you added all of "The Ville" servers as shortcuts to your start menu? Also, thanks for link to the server watch site. |
