why is there only 2 serevers that r 24/7 and not all of them

i was just wondering why 5 and 3 servers r 24/7 and not all of them?

Actually only TV5 is 24/7. The other machines are used during the workday at the various locations that host them. The machines and bandwidth are not available until after regular business hours.
