Thats really good piggy! You deserve a cracker for that  ... Hmm do you have any links to tuts on doing this kind of stuff? (I know about alpha maps and all that I just wanna know about how do decompile the WADS right - I screwed it up one time and I had to reinstall everything that had to do with HL...
Anyways, looks nice

ok well i made my own rite and well it looks like yours is more 3d like it spirals around the middle does it actually spiral or is it just a 2d pic that looks really realistic? (if that makes ne sence)

I think they mostly look nice, but some custom sprites and models can help. If you replace the regular grenade model with a bright colored one can help you be able to see them better....

Of course it helps your game bud. The original xhairs are kinda off don't you notice? Not only that but some flares can help you aim better. For instance, the small flares own! Pig's flare is small, and I think I saw VP's flare too. Both are nice, small and will help you aim better.
And a bit of change helps too. Customizing your hud, models and sprites will benefit your game. It just looks good and some make you laugh. So yeah go get some new stuff man it rocks
