I have been having trouble getting the Diamond Viper v330 to work in opengl mode. Once the screen shows the loading... I lose sight of the mouse pointer and it appears like the computer has frozen. I try to press control - alt - delete and I get green vertical bars that extend all over the top of the screen and I have to restart my computer. Direct3d works most of the time but there are TONS of missing textures. If someone would be able to help, I would gladly appreciate the help. |

I have a daimond viper v550 and it works fine in opengl. Try lowering ur resolution in opengl. BTW wat drivers are you using for it. The one i'm using is from NVidia.

well i've had the same problems with the green bar "thingy" at the top of the screen. When i had that problem it was because my motherboard was "cheap" and it couldn't support the newest drivers

I found old drivers that get direct3d to run well w/o missing textures at times, but sometimes the textures are not what they should be and people look like white blocks. Any help on this new issue would greatly help. |
