Remember we studied with a different focus in our school days. (80-90's for me). If we had to study that stuff for 5 to 8 years we would not have a huge problem with it.
I say give them some of our 8th grade tests and see how they do. _________________

With the education system of today, they would have to write their name. Maybe in cursive. Then we would do some long hand division, and I'm talking about 81/9
As far a geography goes... color in the map, making sure the water doesn't cross over onto the land. _________________

Public, and it is just a tad bit sarcastic.
Public education is going down hill with the way kids are taught. IMO and that of many others. That is were I was headed with my comments. _________________

I doubt I would do well on the old test either but I would have some fun searching on the internet for the answers.
I think Blue Ruler and CyCoDad would score well on the test, I believe they were both in 8th grade when that test was released.......
