$1.40 per gallon for regular unleaded here in Salt Lake City (depending on
the place you fill up at), but I expect that to rise...
Blah.

Oh ya the joys of living in Canuckistain. For you folks south of the 49th multiple our $ per litre by 4.554.
So 88.4 x 4.554 = $ 4.03 /gallon
Mind you thats Canadian $ someone else can convert that. _________________

Regular is around $1.69 here.. it sucks.. I remember just 3 or 4 years ago, when gas at certain times in the year was under $1.. |

Here in Austin, you can get for around $1.50 or so at some places.
I expect prices will stabilize soon, as OPEC has ramped up their production to offset some of this oil crunch. The Saudis have upped theirs quite a bit since January, but it takes 45 days for it to reach the US. Venzuela is finally getting over their strike too, and will once again be able to send more oil.
Winter is slowly ending as well, which usually eats up the heating oil...all of this combined together helped cause this.
I still think they are jacking with the price some just to make us pay. We have to have it and they know it. _________________ Been chasing since May 2001!
