Hey Ghozzt, Where do you live at? I swear that car was in front of me a week or 2 ago on my way home. It could have been you. Cool stuff, and good to see you didn't decal the hell out of it.....or add any performance enhancing yellow. I have always wanted to build a racer inside something like a 1980 Corolla and not dress it up at all on the outside so it looks like a old beater, but then shows it's hidden nature when it blasts off and surprises the hell out of people.....Actually, the best car to do that would be a Dolorean, now that would be shweet, I almost bought this one in my neighborhood for $8000.

That particular Z hasn't been to Houston. If you were in the Austin
area in the last few weeks then it's definitely possible though.
I have a ton of stickers that came with all the parts but I keep them in
a notebook as souvenirs. I appreciate a "clean" look vs the gawdy
cars that are rolling around.
If you want a sleeper..... Get an 84 Celica GTS coupe and put a MR2
Turbo engine in it. The car can actually be built to handle well, can
accomodate big wheels/brakes, and is light enough to take the MR2's
powerplant and go a long way with it.
Dpn't buy a DeLorean. Knew a guy with one and he hated it day in and
day out. |

Ahh ok, I saw you had the Texas License plates and thought it was the same one with the custom exhaust and it was pretty speedy.
I won't buy a Dolorean, I already have a car. An Eclipse Spyder.
Good thing you kept your stickers, You know they each add 5 Horsepower a pop to the car's performance, you might want to attatch them one day for that extra boost. Or sell them to some "Ricers"
